Every package runs on a written checklist. The lists below are the whole difference between them, so there is nothing to interpret on the day.
The standard checklist
Included in every package
Kitchen
- Counters and backsplash wiped
- Sink scrubbed and polished
- Exterior of appliances, including the front of the oven and fridge
- Stovetop and range hood face degreased
- Cabinet fronts spot cleaned
- Trash emptied and liner replaced
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
Bathrooms
- Toilet cleaned inside, outside and behind the base
- Shower, tub and tile scrubbed
- Glass and mirrors cleaned
- Vanity, sink and fixtures polished
- Towels straightened, trash emptied
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
Bedrooms
- Beds made, or linens changed if left out
- Surfaces and nightstands dusted
- Mirrors and glass wiped
- Under-bed reachable areas vacuumed
- Floors vacuumed or mopped
Living areas
- Horizontal surfaces dusted, including shelves and sills
- Upholstery vacuumed, cushions straightened
- Ceiling fans dusted where reachable
- Glass tables and TV stands wiped
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
Entry
- Door glass and handles wiped
- Mats shaken out and vacuumed
- Shoes and clutter straightened
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
Laundry area
- Tops and fronts of the washer and dryer wiped
- Lint trap cleared
- Surfaces around the machines wiped
- Floor vacuumed and mopped

Turnover
A between-guest turn for a short-term rental, worked against the clock and documented for the host.

What we do not do
