Same rates in every market we serve. Extra bathrooms above the included count add $15 per turn. Travel fees apply outside the Jacksonville zone and are shown in your quote.

Hosts with 3 or more units take 10 percent off every turn. Tick the box on the first step and the price adjusts.
What every turnover includes
The whole turn, not just the clean
- Full clean to the checklist
- Every room worked the same way, every turn, so quality does not drift across a season.
- Beds stripped and remade
- Remade with your linens. If we launder them, add the linens option, priced per bed.
- Staging check
- Furniture squared, remotes and manuals back in place, listing photos matched.
- Consumables check
- Paper, soap, coffee, trash liners counted and reported, restocked if you add the run.
- Before-and-after photos
- Timestamped and sent to you before the next guest is due to arrive.
- Damage and left-behind report
- Broken items, stains and guest belongings, documented the same day.
- Restock run
- An add-on. We shop the consumables and bill the goods at cost.
- Calendar sync
- Airbnb and VRBO sync is coming with online scheduling. Until then, send us your calendar and we hold the windows.
Our promise
Never a no-show
If your turn is on our calendar, someone is walking through that door. If a cleaner cannot make it, we send another, and you hear from us before you would have noticed.
