What we collect, and why.
We ask for the least we need to clean your home and confirm the visit.
Information we collect
When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, service address, email if you give one, and the details of the clean you selected. Notes you add (gate codes, pet instructions, parking) are stored with the booking.
How we use it
To schedule and perform the clean, to text you a confirmation and reminder, to send photos when the job is done, and to take payment afterward. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people needed to run the visit.
Text messages
Booking with the confirmation box ticked lets us text you about that visit. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting. Message and data rates may apply.
Keys, codes and access
Access details are shared only with the cleaner assigned to your home. Physical keys are tagged by number, never by address, and returned on request.
Analytics
We may use standard web analytics and advertising measurement to understand how people find this site. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
