Flat rates, shown up front.

Recurring cleans are priced off the one-time rate. Weekly is 20 percent off, every two weeks is 15 percent off, every four weeks is 10 percent off. No contract, and the discount holds for every visit.

Prices below apply to Jacksonville, the Beaches, Orange Park, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Amelia Island, the Golden Isles, Kingsland and Savannah. Extended and coastal zones add a flat travel fee per visit ($25 or $50), shown in your quote.

First clean

Any home that has not been professionally cleaned in the last 3 months is booked as a first clean at 25 percent over the standard rate, because it genuinely takes longer. After that, your recurring rate applies. The Fresh Start already includes that time, so the surcharge does not apply there.
